Background:

My name is Jan Walprecht and I founded Collaborate Together and Invest GmbH (CTI GmbH) in 2022. I have been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Collaborate Together and Invest GmbH since spring 2023.
I developed my vision of starting my own company while I was still at school.
I have always been passionate about entrepreneurship and so I looked for ways to participate in the big marketplace. I opened my first stock market account at the age of 14 and quickly found my niche: precious metals with a particular focus on the silver market. Through early savings successes and clever investments, I was able to scale my portfolio year on year.
It quickly became clear that I didn't just want to invest, I wanted to create something myself. create something myself.
The first step: - I need a network, because networks mean opportunities and these should be seized. So I started planning my first projects and looking for suitable partners. The search took a while until I met our current partner in 2022 and discovered their potential in water treatment technology. What I didn't know at the time was that this was the start of a partnership that continues to this day, the establishment of CTI GmbH, the sharing of the managing director position with Holger Walprecht, the auditing of the company and a finished product for the automotive industry.
At the beginning of 2023, I became co-founder of the International Institute ofBusniess Enterprises e.V. (IIB) and President, but I handed this position over to my partner Holger Walprecht in order to focus more on finding and establishing suitable projects. In this role, I support projects relating to Industry 4.0 in collaboration with renowned institutions such as the Fraunhofer Institute, the Helmholtz Association and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
My professional philosophy is characterized by the values of continuous improvement. To use Aristotle's words: “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence is therefore not an action, but a habit.” We choose our projects according to the idea of sustainability, to be able to offer innovative solutions and to grow with our tasks. The community around CTI GmbH is a jointly created work of art. Because a work of art is characterized by preservation, passion, value development and uniqueness - that is our standard and we want to follow it.
CTI GmbH was founded out of the desire to network and support companies that are also interested in future-proof growth and sustainable development. Our mission is to act not only as a service provider, but also as a long-term, trustworthy partner who offers technical and strategic support to develop innovative ideas through to series production and successfully market them through an excellent sales structure.
